Agreement to Terms

By installing and using any of my products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my extensions or services.

Our Services

I provide Chrome extensions and related services to enhance productivity and improve your browsing experience. My services include, but are not limited to:

  • Tab Manager Pro - Tab group management extension
  • Future products and updates

Subscription and Billing

Some of our products require a paid subscription:

  • Pricing is clearly displayed on product pages
  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Full refund within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Pro-rated refunds for technical issues we cannot resolve
  • Contact support for refund requests

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use our services to harm, harass, or violate rights of others
  • Attempt to circumvent payment or licensing systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use our services for illegal activities
  • Overload or interfere with our systems
  • Violate Chrome Web Store policies

Service Availability

I strive to keep my services available 24/7, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. I may:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance
  • Make updates that temporarily affect functionality
  • Experience unexpected downtime

We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

User Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of my extensions are owned by me and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • I do not guarantee error-free operation
  • I am not liable for data loss or corruption
  • I am not responsible for damages arising from use or inability to use my services
  • My total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold me harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of my services or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Termination

I reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access for terms violations
  • Discontinue any service with 30 days notice
  • Delete inactive accounts after 12 months

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling my extensions and cancelling your subscription.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.
